Chargebacks management in the defense our customers is a huge part of his job and an area of the business largely ignored by our competitors. His "win" rate is incredible and can be attributed to his attention to detail and persistence to see things through to the conclusion. If the merchant wins that’s great; if they lose a chargeback they are educated by Arthur so if they did something wrong it’s an event unlikely to be repeated.
